*Join Kickstarter's Community Support Team!*

As a member of the team, you'll be responsible for helping support our
community and handle the many incoming questions from our users, everything
from basic inquiries about using the site to more complex questions about
payments, technical issues, and running a project.  We're looking for
someone who's diligent, self-motivated, and able to tackle problems big and
small, all while maintaining an understanding voice. You're a strong, clear
writer and feel comfortable with writing as your primary mode of
communication with users. You're good at seeing the big picture when
working through problems, and enjoy going the extra mile to help people
find solutions. You're the kind of person who does not fear an overflowing
inbox and enjoys organizing and getting through all those messages.
