Wouldn't that place downloading closer to 'terrorism'? The NDAA makes
civil disobedience a difficult space to be active in as well? I think
that you need to be clear that Swartz did not do something illegal in
the first instance. Using his actions as an example it would be more
constructive to describe it as proactive constructive action or
agency. Disobedience as a term does not in anyway challenge the
problems in the syswtems which he was acting in order to challenge in
the public interest
