A brief blurb written by a contact of mine at Rotary (including relevant hyperlinks) is below. I wanted to let you know that we recently posted 2 brand new positions. The department is now called “Rotary Service Connections”, referring to our role in helping Rotarians connect, partner and serve. The new positions are specifically focused on facilitating those connections through Rotary’s new social business platforms. The Connections Specialist will be the community manager for the new website and will work closely with all Rotarian-facing departments with an initial focus on designing and implementing our adoption strategy and then managing it on an ongoing basis. The Service Coordinator: Online Tools will be the tool owner for our social business platforms and primary customer service resource. Both of these roles differ from the positions for which your contacts initially applied, but I wanted to let you know about them in case they think there may be a fit. I am particularly interested in candidates with strong demonstrable social media experience as well as multicultural and multilingual skills. best, Aaron ---------- You are subscribed to the BerkmanFriends discussion list.
