"Built on" - where is the source?

-1 on using G+ as a centralization point (as with FB/Twitter/etc).

I wasn't at the conference - will there be an announcement about the
changes to the organization, or can we have a brief TLDR? I'm sure
everybody is still decompressing at the moment, so no hurry. Hope you all
had a great time, eagerly awaiting a post mortum.
