Is there an option to start the Authoxy Daemon via CLI

There certainly is, it's just not documented. Easiest way to see what you need to pass is to use the Pref Pane to start Authoxy as normal, then drop into the command line and enter:

% ps -ax | grep [a]uthoxyd

That'll return you the invocation line for the Authoxy daemon you just started, which is all you need to start the daemon via the CLI. Note that authoxyd does not remember or consult any stored settings - everything is passed to it as arguments on the command line, so you need to pass them all everytime.
