William G. McGowan Forum on Communications, Technology, and
Government, Wednesday evening, October 3rd 2007. The topic:
"Internet Governance - Does anyone run the Internet? Should someone?"
What are the key issues and where are we heading?
The speakers: our own Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn, with the Archivist of
the United States, Allen Weinstein, as moderator.
