Well that would be a hell of a large table :) As of tableSorter and Ajax, I'm still hesitating. The beauty of it current implementation is that a browser with out js-support. Still gets to see the data, in other words the plugin only enhances the experiences. If the tableSorter was to be Ajax driven a browser with out js-support wouldn't see anyting. I'll keep this in mind and see if i can't come up with some sort of companion plugin for the tableSorter to take care of populating the table via some sort of Ajax implementation.
