you'll see what I mean. jTip comes close but it doesn't seem to make an
Ajax call to grab the content. You have to have the actual files
available. I was looking for something that I could specificy a page and
have it pull back a description on the fly to fill in the box.
I'm sure I can hack jTip to do it but I wanted to see if there was
something in place before I went ahead.
