Not sure if this is related to your refactoring but there's a missing
backslash on the end of line 13 in the Makefile:
12 ${SRC_DIR}/fx/*\
13 ${SRC_DIR}/ajax/* ← right there
14 ${SRC_DIR}/outro.js\
Also, I can't seem to get the tests to run. After the page loads
Firebug gives me this error:
[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80070057
