This is a Drupal thing. Only 3rd Party applications that are licensed 
under GPL can be included into the drupal CVS.

So because the interface plugin is MIT, and not GPL, I cannot include it 
with my E-Commerce software on Drupal.org. So the person installing it 
needs to download interface from elsewhere.
