I managed to download the SVN using tortoiseSVN.  I have got the center thing working(ish)

by which i mean it is not consistant in browsers, some errors reported in IE, differences in placement in all browsers, none centered.

This may be due  to my set up, possibly some conflictions with CSS and something.

I have not had the time to look into it fully yet, I have been tweaking GreyBox Redux to handle flash movies playing flv clips, and removing the flash totally instead of just hiding it.

the more I see of jQuery the more I believe its majic, far and  away better than alternatives

Yes, center has been spun out into a plugin. You'll need to get it from SVN (you can see the web ui here).

On that note, does anyone know if it's possible to download files through the SVN web ui?

Theres no information about the center function on visual jquery.

when I call the function I get the following error
$("#imageContainer").center is not a function

Does center() require a plugin??
