Thanks Jorn, My next priority is to get this working fully with tableSorter - it does work generally except for table striping.
I've tried to make the plug-in as unobtrusive as possible, I felt that hiding the form when JS is turned off is a thing that the plug-in shouldn't do - the developer should really know to do this anyway. And yeah, I've tried to stick to the authoring plug-in page as much as possible, the original code was a mess but now it's nice and neat!
