Yes, you described it perfectly. Thanks! I think I'm going to use Joern's suggestion to have it appear in the correct position from the start, which should obviate the problem. It won't have the magic slide anymore (which I can't help but get a kick out of), but it should be more usable. Will notify as soon as I've made the change.
