Hi Mike,
I have already comitted the changes to svn! Tabs should work with 1.03,
if you're referring to the following regarding the API changes:
$.extend({
}, settings);
or
$.extend({
}, settings || {});
I use the latter to keep tabs compatible with jQuery < 1.03.
