we are still deciding where it fits best - and if it should be merged with iUtil.js.
Anyway, it behaves just like a normal plugin - grab it and maybe pack it yourself using Dean Edward's www._javascript_compressor.com which should be the same method we use in jQuery itself. Then include it right after jquery.
