I can see the problem...when the height is explicitly set there is a phantom
area between the official padding and the bottom of the div. Maybe the
quickest fix is to manually change the bottom padding to make it match the
new height and thus fill the phantom area? I can take a look at it tonight
if Mike doesn't have it fixed by then.
