[jQuery] Writing documentation, jQuery style?

Is there some documentation describing the metatags within the jQuery documentation?  I want to write some documentation for a project at work but in the jQuery style. 

Also, are there any handy tools out there to turn this jQuery documentation into something more readable?  It'd be nice to have some basic HTML pages or something that is the JavaDoc-style.
