Just tried that. It's not that great.

One problem, that could be solved: I'm still relying on mouseover and mouseout 
to save and restore the title attribute. This was necessary to make the click 
event working.

In addition, when displaying the tooltip on focus, nothing happens on 
mouseover. And the code to compute the position of the tooltip doesn't work 
when you use the keyboard.

That is a little too much to handle it all with one tooltip plugin.
