[jQuery] Plugin Docs

There's been a good number of plugins added to Visual jQuery recently by virtue of them getting documented in the svn. I encourage any plugin authors whose stuff is in the svn but not yet documented to do so.

Just one point: The @cat of any plugin should be Plugins/PluginName (like Plugins/Interface or Plugins/Metadata).
