- How would I go about changing the pics?
- Would it be possible to have the 'hover' pics different from the passive ones? ie when the user goes to select, the stars change color. Even if you could point out how to do it with an extra hover event and some css classes.

There are so many different styles people use for writing _javascript_ it's hard to say what the "best" practice is. I would appreciate comments and suggestions.
