Hey Joel, that's a great-looking site! So nice to see beautiful design work going into sites for what some might consider stodgy or dull industries. Helps things like finance seem a little less intimidating. About the opacity filter -- not sure if this is the same issue as the one with IE6, but a number of people on this discussion list have run into similar problems using fadeIn() / fadeOut(). Forgive me if I'm just repeating something you already know, but a common workaround for the aliasing problem is to make sure you're giving the containing element a background color.
