Ladies, Gents -> I've updated tableEditor to include (preliminary) support for adding new rows. To accomplish this I've allowed global access to tableEdtior options via the "vault" functions. This has the beneficiary side-effect of allowing multiple tableEditors to coexist peacefully on the same page. Better yet -- the styling also got a face lift ;)
