Andy,

again, try getting it from the download page. just add the scrollto component and then click the save download link.

On the other hand, the problem now could be that you're not using the correct selector expression. Could you post a link to a page that you're working on? I got the scrollto to work on one of my pages a while back, so maybe it'll help shed some light:
