I guess you mean if you were to apply the scroll pane to an element
which took up the entire viewport of the browser? Then you would have
the custom scroll next to the disabled scroll in IE? Is this what you
mean? To be honest I hadn't thought of using a custom scrollbar for the
entire viewport, I was more thinking it would be used on internal
containers like in my example...

But I just had a play around and found a few bugs to be fixed and put
together this page:

http://www.kelvinluck.com/assets/jquery/jScrollPane/fullBodyScroll.html

This shows how to create a jScrollPane the size of the window. It also
demonstrates nested scroll panes (which didn't work until I just fixed
some bugs).

However it also raises some new issues to do with the mouse wheel
handling which are described on the page. If anyone has any suggestions
for solutions to these (or adaptions to the mouse wheel plugin so it
works in these situations) then I'd be happy to hear them,

Cheers,

Kelvin :)
