I've brought jQuery to our team here @ Money-Media, Inc (http://www.money-media.com).
We're using jQuery all over the place on a fulfillment system that we're building for the whole company to use (internal, can't give a URL...sorry!), but suffice to say we've got a lot of ajax / DOM manipulation all going through jQuery. Thickbox2 is used heavily (with some minor adjustments) and I'm looking to use Interface in future revisions of the project as well.
