Done. However, it does not seem like mousedown continues firing if you hold it down. If you like, I can do a setInterval on mousedown that continues firing the action until mouseup (when I clear the interval). Does that sound reasonable?

The up and down arrows only scroll the pane after releasing the mouse button. I was expecting them to start scrolling the content while clicking and holding the mouse button down.
