The current wiki based API documentation allows everyone to register and 
activley improve the documentation.

The problem with php.net's documentation is the lack of quality and 
examples and the start of each function. Too often, you have to crawl to 
(sometimes years old) comments to find what you are looking for.

So instead of just commenting, help by improving the documentation itself.
