I have a really messy situation...I'll try to keep this short. I'm wondering if there is a way to rewrite the url in the browser bar without refreshing the page. I'm using Jquery/ajax to do something but unless I can rewrite that url I don't think we can do this. I could use an anchor (#...) but the problem here is that they links need to be accessible to Google. People need to be able to cut, paste, bookmark whatever they are looking at.
