I looked in opera... Not sure if I really understand the problem. my page doesn't go blank. when I tab to hotels typing a letter scrolls the list. So I have no advice...
but when I loaded the site in firefox, the repeated ajax calls to an aspx are not cached so it kept banging your server, in a pretty tight loop. good luck!
