I just tried that CSS on the live site and no luck. The type is still  
not anti-aliased in IE7 after animations. Please note, the problem is  
not so much the ugly "bold and jagged" effect that occurred in IE6,  
but merely that the type loses its anti-aliasing/smoothing in IE7  
with ClearType on. After animations the type within that element  
(only) appears the same as if ClearType was turned off.

Please don't spend more time on this on my behalf Benjamin - I  
appreciate your efforts but I don't want to hijack the thread to  
become specific to my particular encounter with the problem. I've  
learned to live with IE killing the party by now :)
