Try it and see. I think you'll find that it takes care of your  
concerns regarding minimum height. That is the one of the reasons the  
height is removed inline in the first place, so that it is flexible.  
As for IE, setting height in your CSS is the same as setting min- 
height for other browsers.

No, please first try my suggestion - if that doesn't work, we can
