This is some great work Chris - I really like it. I know many people will be wanting to use it! I tried your demo in Mac FF2 and the menu did not appear but the default menu was suppressed. I think maybe it's possible that one of my extensions interferes with it. I have NoScript (but allowed your domain), adblock, Firebug, WebDeveloper, and All-in-one Gestures.
