Thanks for the reply and I have tried using .getScript without any luck. The thing that gets me, is that I can't get any code to execute in IE in a document ready statement when loaded via ajax. I have posted a very simple test page. http://salingermultimedia.com/jQuery/ajax/ Loading the html/js content triggers the alert in FireFox, but not in IE.
