What is this base2 deal? I ran the test, but wanted to read more about
it. I went to http://homepages.nildram.co.uk to see if I could find out
more, but couldn't. I did a google for 'base2 javascript' but of course
it just comes up with stuff about binary and such.

John. I'd like to hear what you think about this. Do you think the
improvements you have planned will improve speed? This does not sway my
opinion of jQuery as being one of the coolest things since micro-chips
and mail order brides! And I wouldn't jump ship. jQuery is just too damn
cool. I'm just curious.

How do you think they pulled off all those 0.0ms times? I know the
speedtest screen is supposed to show the major javascript
libraries/frameworks side-by-side, but since this base2 gets an almost
"perfect" score the cynic in me feels like somethings not on the level,
especially when I can't seem to find out more information.
