Hi, I have tried to printk some info about menu.c select function(CPU power state selection). I have tired Xeon X3220 and Celeron E3200, both support C1 (it should be). menu_select function doesn't execute. Why ? In another platform Xeon, support C2, It can execute, printk ouputs info. (I compiled the 2.6.36 kernel) Does menu work in platform only support C1 ? If not, how can I sure if busy loop or halt is used ??
