Quoting swapnil dabhade <[email protected]>:
Hi,
I am Swapnil Dabhade, an Independent researcher and currently working at
Amagi Media Labs, Bangalore.
I am interested to submit my current implementation of video deinterlacing
algorithm on IPOL. Output video quality my implementation is better than
IPP (Integrated Performance Primitives) implementation.
To run my code on IPOL software following are requirement,
- Requires gcc or equivalent compiler.
- Requires IPP libraries
- Input is interlaced video and output is progressive video.
Please let me know that is it possible to submit and execute my code with
above requirements on IOPL server? So that I can proceed to write
manuscript and submit with source code to IOPL.
Dear Swapnil Dabhade,
I'm Miguel Colom, one of the members of the IPOL Editorial Board and
the responsible for the demo system.
First, thank you very much for your interest in publishing in IPOL.
We're evaluating if there's any technical constraint that would
prevent us from installing IPP in our servers. I don't think so, but
soon I'll get back to you with an official confirmation.
In any case, an specialist in video will be assigned as your editor
and they'll help you with any technical details.
Best,
Miguel
Thanks
Swapnil Dabhade
