I just had a brief exchange with a head hunter looking to fill a position at a 
university.  They asked me to take a test, which I almost always say no to.  I'm not a 
fscking trick pony.  I don't jump through hoops.  Nevertheless I could use some cash and 
took a look.  Some answers are "more" right or wrong based on popularity and 
not completely on technical accuracy.  I refused to play Family Feud and suggested they

wonder, is this type of testing is the standard now?  It seems to me that it would be 
very biased.  I bet you could tell things like race, country of origin, and all sorts of 
other stuff not directly related to the ability to perform the job.Eric C
