Sadly, since my company was bought by google 5 years ago, I don't do much
database stuff anymore. I did, however, write a paper (and made a POC) of
taking TOAST data and directly exporting it to another postgres db without
having to decompress and recompress the tuple from the pg_toast table.
This properly speeds up replication.
