Arguably every electronic device ever, and quite a few mechanical devices as well. Automatic transmissions. Heck, every mechanism in a car more complex than the dip stick (and maybe even that). POWER architecture chips. It's dominance has waned, but for a while it was THE processor architecture in video game consoles. PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, GameCube/Wii/WiiU all run POWER architecture processors. OS/2 is still a dominant operating system for point of sale terminals and automatic teller machines. -- \m/ (--) \m/ _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
