Hello. Following a recent PyCon 2018 talk by Brett Cannon,
https://youtu.be/tzFWz5fiVKU?t=49m12s, which touched upon the topic of
etiquette in open source community, I am wondering if the Carpentry community
has any advice on how to educate general users on such a topic. For instance,
when someone bashes an open source software openly in social media or GitHub,
what are the appropriate steps for maintainers to address this? Thank you.
