Hello Community!

I'm working as the lead educator for a full-time 10/12 week data science
bootcamp at Brainstation: https://brainstation.io/. We are mid-way through
the first iteration - it is planned to run 4 times a year, so we are
rapidly altering the content.

I'm currently looking for an associate educator in Toronto, to help me
develop and present the course:
http://careers.brainstation.io/apply/OgKV8YbB82. Our current associate
educator is going back to his PhD after the first run of the course.

The course consists of SQL, Python, Dashboards, a touch of R and Shell, and
a bunch of stats/machine-learning, taught using mainly jupyter notebooks.
We are focussed on applied and hands on learning, as well as best practices
in education.

As such, it's a great match for the SWcarpentry community!

We are currently going through certification as a private career college,
and are situated at King and Spadina, in downtown Toronto. Our learners are
primarily looking for a career change - coming from an analyst, business or
science background, and looking to move into data.

If you are interested, send me an email with any questions, and I can help
you out with them, and get you in touch with our HR team.

We are also looking for educators in Vancouver - I can put you in touch
with the right people for that too.

Cheers,
Jeremy Gray
