Dear all, I really think that this page <http://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/checkout/> needs to include the word *volunteers* in many places. New instructors during checkout seem to believe that hosting discussion sessions, demos or being a maintainer is part of our jobs. Would also like to bring to the attention of all, that hosts and maintainers are repeatedly the same group of people. Please if you haven't yet volunteered to host a discussion session or a demo, or participated in an issue discussion, maybe this is the time to say* your help is really needed* to keep up with the growing numbers of checkout instructors.
About new times for discussion/demo sessions, we as host should have the freedom to select a time in which we are available.
