We've used https://ballotbin.com to handle elections for the UF Carpentries board.
We did run into an issue where the default link that got sent out was http instead of https, and the auto-forwarding wasn't setup, so we ended up having to send out another message to everyone with a working link. (That might be fixed by now, though.)
