Hi Jason (and anyone else who may have had this issue) --- We did have a glitch in our systems yesterday that prevented instructor training and workshop request forms from going through. It's been fixed now. However anyone who attempted to submit a form will need to re-submit it now. Any other questions please contact [email protected] so we can follow up with you directly.
