Hi all, This event is *NOT* cancelled - Christina Koch will still be running the discussion at 1800 UTC on Wednesday 6th January.
I learnt an important lesson today.... when creating an event from an email and adding it to your personal Google calendar, don't forget to remove the original participants to the email. If you don't, then Google will automatically email them an invite to the event, which in this case was the discussion mailing list(!). When I just removed the event from my personal calendar, Google again decided to tell the whole mailing list. Apologies for the spam!
