There are a few of us currently working collaboratively on the FAIR lesson in development _https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-fair-research_/ and in an effort to gather contributions to the lesson we are currently running a* weekly co-working hour* on Fridays at 16:00 UTC. Please head over to slack #fairlesson channel for details. Furthermore, we recognize that the work around FAIR is often evolving, and we would like to create a* lunch talk type series *where we invite guest speakers to discuss FAIR topics. The idea is that the *FAIR Bytes* would run in different time zones allowing for participants to join, engage in discussions and even contribute to materials developed, hosted, and shared via the GO FAIR US GitHub repository and site. If you are interested in helping, we are forming a subgroup to further coordinate the series (and the lesson).
