Hi everyone, In March we released a call for pilot workshops <https://carpentries.org/blog/2021/03/call-for-pilot-workshops-neuroimaging-lessons/> for two NeuroImaging lessons in The Carpentries Incubator: Introduction to MRI Data Analysis <https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/SDC-BIDS-IntroMRI/> and Functional Neuroimaging Analysis in Python <https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/SDC-BIDS-fMRI/>. These pilot workshops are an essential step in the development of a new lesson.
One of our volunteer hosts is looking for Instructors, with relevant background experience in neuroimaging, to help teach one of these pilot workshops. If you are a certified Instructor with experience of resting state fMRI and using Python with nilearn/nibabel, and you think you would have time to teach these lessons and provide feedback on the content afterwards, please get in touch with me directly ([email protected]) and I will pass your details on to the workshop host. The workshop will be virtual, so no travel will be required for participation, and the dates of the event can be scheduled around the availability of Instructors.
