Hi everyone!
We are excited to share that we have opened the call for application for the fourth round of _Open Life Science_ <https://openlifesci.org/> (OLS-4) *mentoring and training program.* OLS upskills individuals* *in open and reproducible research and empowers them to become open science ambassadors in their communities. Participants of this 16-week program will learn essential knowledge required to create, lead, and sustain an Open Science project, connect with members across different communities, backgrounds, and identities by sharing their experiences and expertise. The complete schedule and participation guidelines of the program are available at _https://openlifesci.org/ols-4_. The applications can be submitted *until 21 July 2021* (midnight in any part of the world) on _Open Review_ <https://openreview.net/group?id=openlifesci.org/Open_Life_Science/2021/Cohort_4> (_application guidelines and templates_ <https://github.com/open-life-science/application-forms>). This program will provide a unique opportunity for individuals and teams to integrate best practices for open and reproducible research in new or ongoing projects. We will also *offer microgrants to our participants* to ensure that they can equitably participate in the program (see _this post for details_ <https://openlifesci.org/posts/2020/11/23/micro-grants-in-2021-ols-3-ols-4/>). Please feel free to contact us for more information by emailing ([email protected]_) or connecting on Twitter _@openlifesci_ <https://twitter.com/openlifesci>.
