Greetings Carpentries Community,

I am writing to share a resource that I am extremely proud of: The Carpentries
Toolkit of IDEAS <https://zenodo.org/record/7041935#.YxEea_HMIq1>.

The Toolkit of IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility
Strategies) is a practical resource for Carpentries’ Instructors,
helpers, and workshop hosts. This resources bridges the gap between
inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility and teaching foundational coding
and data science skills.

My hope is that
our community members will continue to update and extend
this resource over time. In 2023, the Toolkit of IDEAS will become part of The
Carpentries Instructor onboarding. Until then, I want you to read it, share it,
use it, and share your thoughts with us.

In service,
Kari
