Hey everyone! I am writing to remind the community that I started hosting
regular office hours in the New Year as a space where you can bring your
questions or provide feedback. These have been added to the Community Calendar
<https://carpentries.org/community/#community-events>, and I have also started
a new Etherpad <https://pad.carpentries.org/director-of-community-office-hours>
where you can find the call-in information. The times will be:
 * Every second Monday of each month at 20:00 UTC
 * Every third Monday of each month at 16:00 UTC
 * Every fourth Thursday of each month at 0:00 UTC
Each month will have a theme or primary topic of discussion, but you are
welcome to bring any topic of interest to the calls. Feel free to drop by at
any time during these one-hour blocks. You can also schedule a 1:1 at any time
using my Calendly <https://calendly.com/alycia-carpentries>.

The topic for February will be **translation** as the Community Development
Team continues to identify opportunities to support translation of our
communications and resources.

Hope to connect with some of you there!
